WeCo, the start-up of autonomous and sustainable toilets, opens its doors on March 22, 2019 to present its black water recycling technology.

On the occasion of World Water Day , the WeCo team and its president, Cécile Dekeuwer, will receive an audience of professionals, decision-makers, experts and scientists to allow them to discover and test its technology at Vitry / Seine on March 22, 2019 from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the website Kilowatt, the association Generating Festivities .

The Kilowatt has transformed this site into a place of social life and artistic development, while retaining its industrial and energetic roots. WeCo has been experimenting with its system on this site since May 2017 with the support of the Ile de France region of the BPI .

Who is WeCo?
WeCo is a start-up headquartered in Ile de France at Matériauxpôle .

WeCo creates the first ecological, innovative and autonomous public flush toilets. All excrement is recycled on site in treated drinking quality water for flushing and watering green spaces. We are developing the ecological toilets of the future for communities, non-connectable buildings and, together with Alstom < / a>, an industrial system ready to be connected to public toilets on trains and other public places. Our technology converts urine into electrochemically treated water.
